Matt finished a project last year for us which overall went well but unfortunately a few plants didn’t make it and we had a warranty with him to replace anything in the first 12 months. I have tried to contact him multiple times to replace the plants all summer and he has not responded. I also have questions now that the tree that we asked for is actually a bush and feel very uneasy now. I am not sure he is organized enough to handle the business that he currently has to fulfill new requests and handle his contract warranty work. I unfortunately cannot further recommend him.
