We added a Hollandstone patio and walkway, flagstone patio with Brussell Dimensional seating wall, new sod, new landscaping and drainage. This was once a yard that was never used. Now it is a continuation of their living area.

Winnetka Bluestone Walkway

This beautiful project included a new walkway and patio. Fullrange Bluestone pavers were used to create both the walkway and paver patio area. The look of natural stone pavers were a perfect compliment to this charming property.

Inverness Paver Patio and Outdoor Kitchen

This hardscape and landscape project included an overhaul of both the front and backyard. The front yard includes a new paver walkway using Beacon Hill Smooth paver by Unilock. The steps were built using Ledgestone coping by Unilock. There is also a flagstone stepper walkway using stepping stones pavers by Rochester Concrete Products with new landscaping and landscape lighting along the walkway. The backyard includes a paver patio, pergola, gazebo, outdoor kitchen, custom built garden and new landscaping. The paver patio is Beacon Hill Smooth by Unilock. The outdoor kitchen was custom built using Ucara Wall System by Unilock. All the steps are capped with Ledgestone coping by Unilock. Large cedar planter boxes were installed to create a vegetable garden. The project also has new landscaping and landscape lighting throughout the backyard.

Oak Park Paver Patio, Pizza Oven and Pergola

This Oak Park project included a raised paver patio, outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, custom built pergola and new landscaping. The paver patio was raised using Lineo Dimensional Stone by Unilock. The pavers are Broadmore Plank Pavers by Rochester Concrete Products. The outdoor kitchen includes the firebox kit from Rochester Concrete Products and new pizza oven. The custom built gazebo was built using theToja Grid components. The entire project is surrounded by new landscaping.

Park Ridge Paver Patio, Seat Wall and Landscaping

This Park Ridge project was a complete backyard renovation. A new paver patio was installed using Serrano Paver by Rochester Concrete Products. A seat wall and pillars were built using Brussels Dimensional Stone and Ledgestone Coping by Unilock. New landscaping was added to provide privacy. Arborvitae, Hydrangea, Burning Bushes and a Purple Leaf Sandcherry were used throughout the landscape.

This hardscape and landscape project took place in Arlington Heights. It included paver patio using Grand Flagstone paver by High Format. The steps and seat wall was built using the Belvidere Wall by High Format. The Belvidere Fire Pit by High Format was also installed. Landscape lighting can be found throughout the project. A large gazebo covers most of the paver patio, complete with lighting, a ceiling fan and electrical outlets. Finally, the hardscape project was accented by new landscaping using hydrangeas, grasses and ornamental perennials.

Glenview - Landscaping Project

This new construction house had over an acre of property that included many mature trees. It was our job to merge the old with the new. The homeowners also wanted to incorporate a flow of colors and textures that would keep visitors curious as it traveled along the planting beds in the back and side yards. The front uses a variety of shade tolerant shrubs and conifers to create welcoming entrance regardless of season.

This project consisted of a new front and back landscape design, new walkway, paver patio and flagstone sitting area to make all outdoor areas of the house enjoyable. For the patio we used Full Range Bluestone flagstone, Eden Flagstone for the sitting area, and Brussels Block pavers by Unilock for the walkway. Evergreens were transplanted to better fit in their environment.

This country home was in need of major curb appeal. We began by installing native limestone retaining walls. Then we chose an earthy flagstone to create private sitting nook and curved front entrance.

We installed a brick paver walkway, step and stoop. We also created a landscape design with curved, clean bed lines to give this house a distinctive appearance in the neighborhood. Brussel Block paver stones were used for the paver and stoop, along with a combination of Mugo Pines, River Birch and various grasses, perennials and shrubs in the front landscape.

Oak Park Retreat

The new homeowners wanted to create a tranquil, relaxing retreat within their bustling, urban neighborhood. Existing large shrubs already provided privacy, so we infused the property with colors, textures and seasonal interest. By using drywall stone and a rustic rain barrel, an edible garden was perfectly blended into the landscape oasis. This is now the perfect retreat to socialize, barbeque or just relax.

After completely remodeling the inside, they decided they wanted their landscaping to mimic the same traditional style that they had in the rest of the house. We used hydrangeas, azaleas, roses and flowering perennials to add beautiful, seasonal color, with hardy boxwoods and hostas to add constant color and textures throughout the landscape.

This new construction home in Northbrook needed grading, sod, landscaping and paver patios and walkways. Over 13,000 square feet of new sod was installed. We also used Brussel Block pavers for the walkways, patios and steps. The landscape consisted of sun loving plants, such as: river birch trees, roses, boxwoods, arborvitaes, coreopsis, catmint and daisies.
